Development Team: Our
development team is not far behind. Complete with qualifications and
certifications in technologies like
.Net, ColdFusion and PHP. Each holds expertise in various fields like
desktop applications, shopping carts or content management. Well versed in
there respective areas of specialization, they often get to work in fields
other than their own, such that they stay informed and enthusiastic about
projects other than their own running in the company. Such an endeavor
provides them with exposure in fields other than their own.
Graphics Team: Our
graphics team is well qualified and has a prior work experience. It is the work
of the graphics team which makes the work of VISIONS look offbeat. The team
includes experts in Adobe Photoshop,
Corel, Flash, Dreamweaver and FrontPage. Our graphic designers
extensively use tools like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator to make the pictures
look special.
QA Team: The maximum
responsibility is shouldered by the QA team. The projects developed by the
developers are tested at various stages
by the QA team. It is the quality team which ensures the delivery of an
efficient product close to the client’s expectations. Well versed with black
box testing, efforts are being carried out to begin testing with tools like
Winrunner, Loadrunner, and Silk etc.
Network Team: The network
team provides support to the core team as well as to the offshore development
centers. The network team ends up working for the maximum number of hours,
supporting the development team in the daytime and the offshore team during
late hours.
Employee of the Month: A
title that we’ve begun with to keep the employees motivated to give in their
best. All the employees give references for the employee of the month in their
opinion. The system is transparent to the management and secret to the core
team.
