Advisory board is an advice giving body. VISIONS has a four member team which
formulates policies and growth programs for the company. The board pro-actively
reviews the policies periodically. It is the responsibility of the board to
keep the team motivated as well as informed about the latest happenings about
VISIONS on the offshore development front. It is a part of the board’s
responsibilities to periodically review the development life cycle and remove
the redundancies as we grow as an organization.
The board provides advice to the leadership team on business development and
organizational affairs. The board helps the company leadership achieve the goal
of full integration into the domestic and world market. The members varied
experience avails VISIONS of extraordinary access to well placed contacts in a
wide variety of industries that facilitate the company's identification of
prospective strategic partners, business development opportunities and
financing sources.
